Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Donohue, J.), entered December 11, 1997 in Albany County, which, inter alia, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Order affirmed, upon the opinion of Justice Mary O. Donohue.
