Opinion

Appeal from a judgment of the Seneca County Court (Dennis F. Bender, J.), rendered November 14, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted promoting prison contraband in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed (see generally People v Jenkins, 2 AD3d 1390, 1391 [2003]). Present—Scudder, P.J., Martoche, Smith, Centra and Peradotto, JJ.
