Opinion

Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, convicting the defendant of the crime of violating section 225 of the Sanitary Code (failure to furnish heat) and suspending sentence, reversed on the law and the facts- and a new trial ordered. The interests of justice require a new trial. Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
