— Appeal by the defendant from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Eng, J.), rendered June 30, 1989, under S.C.I. No. N11880/88 and from a judgment of the same court (Rotker, J.), rendered August 7, 1989, under Indictment No. N10510/89.
Ordered that the appeals are dismissed (see, People v Seaberg, 74 NY2d 1). Thompson, J. P., Kunzeman, Eiber, Rosenblatt and Ritter, JJ., concur.
