Opinion
Three judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Jones, J.), all rendered December 10, 1974, affirmed. 11 The evidence is sufficient to support the finding beyond a reasonable doubt of defendant’s guilt of attempted murder of a police officer. Defendant’s other contentions also lack merit. Mollen, P. J., Titone, Weinstein and Rubin, JJ., concur.
