Judgment of a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, held by a city magistrate, convicting the defendant of a violation of section 340 of the Sanitary Code of the City of New York in that it operated a “ bathing establishment ” without obtaining a license, unanimously affirmed.
