Appeal from a judgment of conviction rendered by the County Court of Kings County sentencing appellant, after he had been found guilty of robbery in the first degree, to serve from 30 to 60 years as a second felony offender. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ.
