Opinion

Order of the County Court, Dutchess County, dated September 12, 1967, affirmed. No opinion. The notice of appeal, dated August 4, 1967, erroneously refers to the date of the order as July 24, 1967, which was the date of the decision. However, we have treated the notice of appeal as valid (Code Crim. Pro., § 524-c). Beldock, P. J., Christ, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
