-Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, -Suffolk County, rendered December 11, 1964, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, upon a plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. (People v. Dash, 16 N Y 2d 493.)
