Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of th.e City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting him of the crime of book-making, pool-selling, bets and wagers, in violation of section 986 of the Penal Law, and sentencing him to three months in the workhouse. Judgment unanimously affirmed." (People v. Goldstein, 295 N. Y. 61.) Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ. [See post, p. 884.]
