Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York Borough of Brooklyn [County of Kings], convicting the defendant of the crime of indecent exposure (Penal Law, § 1140) and sentencing him to a term of imprisonment in the City Prison for sixty days or to pay a fine of $200, unanimously affirmed.
