Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered August 4, 1978, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed (cf. People v Kinlock, 55 AD2d 627, affd 43 NY2d 832). Hopkins, J. P., Suozzi, Cohalan and Margett, JJ., concur.
