Opinion
Judgment of conviction and order of the County Court of Orange county reversed on the law and a new trial ordered. We have examined the record and find no errors as to the facts. The remarks of the district attorney at folios 73, 74 and 470 present reversible error. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
