Judgment of the County Court of Nassau County, entered upon the defendant’s plea of guilty, convicting him of the crime of abandoning a child under the age of sixteen years, a felony (Penal Law, § 480), and of the crime of failing to make payments toward the maintenance of a minor as required by order of Children’s Court of Nassau County, a misdemeanor (Penal Law, § 482, subd. 1), unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Mae-Crate and Schmidt, JJ.
