Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 26, 1963 on his plea of guilty, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, and imposing sentence upon him as a second felony offender. Judgment affirmed (People ex rel. Hirschberg v. Close, 1 N Y 2d 258). Beldock, P. J., Ughetta, Christ,. Brennan and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
