Opinion

We do not consider that the continuance of the temporary injunction was conditioned upon the ease being tried on March 19th. The Attorney-General has proceeded diligently and expeditiously, and in the circumstances the injunction should not have been vacated. Order vacating the injunction unanimously reversed and the injunction reinstated. Concur — Botein, J. P., Rabin, Cox, Frank and Valente, JJ.
