Opinions

Per Curiam.

It would seem preferable practice not to include statements of the present nature in a record on appeal. Such statement will be submitted to this court on the argument of the main appeal. At that time we can determine whether, in the interests of justice, we should reveal the contents of the statement to counsel for defendant. The order appealed from should be affirmed.
