— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County, rendered March 17, 1978, upon a verdict convicting defendant of two counts of sodomy in the first degree. Judgment affirmed (cf. People v Jones, 69 AD2d 912). Mahoney, P. J., Sweeney, Kane, Staley, Jr., and Herlihy, JJ., concur.
