DECISION & ORDER

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (William M. Harrington, J.), rendered September 28, 2018, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the second degree (two counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.

The sentence imposed was not excessive (see People v Suitte , 90 AD2d 80).
