— Appeal from a judg[1241]*1241ment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (M. William Boiler, A.J.), rendered October 19, 2007. The judgment convicted defendant, upon her plea of guilty, of grand larceny in the fourth degree and attempted forgery in the second degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed. Present—Hurlbutt, J.P, Smith, Green, Pine and Gorski, JJ.
