Opinion
Appeal by defendant, as limited by his brief, from a sentence of the County Court, Nassau County, imposed June 19, 1973. Sentence modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing it from a prison term not to exceed 12 years to one not to exceed five years. To the extent indicated herein, the sentence was excessive. Hopkins, Acting P. J., Shapiro, Christ, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
