The certification by the Court of Appeals pursuant to Administrative Order No. 1984-2 that its decision in this case is in conflict with its decision in People v Turner, 130 Mich App 646; 344 NW2d 34 (1983), and People v Coyle, 104 Mich App 636; 305 NW2d 275 (1981), is considered and the Supreme Court declines to take any further action.
