Memorandum: Defendant failed to preserve for review his contention that the police implicitly bolstered identification testimony and we decline to review that issue in the interest of justice. (Appeal from Judgment of Supreme Court, Monroe County, Mark, J. — Criminal Possession Weapon, 3rd Degree.) Present — Denman, P. J., Callahan, Lawton, Boomer and Davis, JJ.
