Per Curiam.

This is an order for the delivery of goods within the statute. (24 sess. c. 54.) The terms of [237]*237it are sufficiently explicit and intelligible. (2 East's P. C. 941. § 39. 1 Leach, 63.)

The prisoner was sentenced to the state prison for five years.
