Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Shaw, case No. 3-14-0200 (05/03/16). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Bailey, 2017 IL 121450, on the issue of whether the trial court erred in considering the State's objection to defendant's motion for leave to file a successive post-conviction petition.
