Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a resentence of the County Court, Suffolk County (Gazzillo, J.), imposed September 12, 2006, on the ground that the sentence was excessive.

Ordered that the resentence is affirmed. No opinion. Rivera, J.P, Ritter, Covello and Dickerson, JJ., concur.
