Memorandum. The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Appellant’s contentions have not been persuasive on any of [806]*806the several issues tendered, nor has he demonstrated that the record discloses the admission of illegal evidence or that there was any intrusion of confidential conferences of the defense.

Chief Judge Breitel and Judges Jasen, Gabrielli, Jones, Wachtler, Fuchsberg and Cooke concur.
