Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 10, 1976, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed (see People v Holmes, 59 AD2d 704). Gulotta, P. J., Hopkins, Latham and Cohalan, JJ., concur.
