Opinion
The plaintiff has recovered a penalty of $50 for a violation by defendant of the Public Health Law relating to the practice of pharmacy (Laws of 1910, chap. 422). Section 234 of the act
The judgment should be affirmed, with costs.

The parties hereto having stipulated in open court that this case may be disposed of by a court of four, the decision is as follows: Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs.
