Defendant appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Queens County, convicting him of the crime of burglary in the third degree, committed as a fourth offense. Judgment unanimously affirmed, pursuant to the provisions of section 542 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
