Chief Judge Fuld dissents and votes to reverse upon the ground that defendant was denied the speedy trial to which he was entitled (see People v. Wallace, 26 N Y 2d 371 [11 months between indictment and arraignment]; People v. Piscitello, 7 N Y 2d 387). Taking no part: Judge Wachtlbb.
