'Motion by appellant to dispense with printing and for assignment of counsel on appeal from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, entered April 1, 1966, which denied his motion to dismiss indictments for lack of prosecution. Motion denied. The order is not appealable and is reviewable only on an appeal from a judgment of conviction.
