Opinion

Appeal from a judgment of the Children’s Court, Schenectady County, which adjudged appellant guilty of a violation of section 494 of the Penal Law. The judgment was based upon a finding that appellant contributed to the delinquency of a female child who was fourteen years of age. Appellant was denied a jury trial. We find the evidence insufficient to sustain the conviction. Judgment of conviction reversed on the law and facts, and the proceeding dismissed. All concur.
