Defendant appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, convicting him of the crime of forgery in the second degree (three counts), and from an order denying his motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Wenzel, Schmidt and Beldoek, JJ.
