In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate the portion of its judgment in People v. Reyes, case No. 1-16-0335 (05/17/18), affirming the imposition of $105 in frivolous filing costs and fees under 735 ILCS 5/22-105. The appellate court is directed to vacate the imposition of frivolous filing costs and fees.
