Judgment of conviction and order of the County Court of Kings county reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial ordered. We are not satisfied that the evidence established the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Hagarty, Seudder and Davis, JJ., concur.
