OPINION OF THE COURT

Order affirmed on the memorandum at the Appellate Division (57 AD2d 1015), noting, as did the Appellate Division, that the finding of a hashish pipe and some hashish on the table would not alone have justified the issuance of a warrant of such breadth.

Concur: Chief Judge Breitel and Judges Jasen, Gabrielli, Jones, Wachtler, Fuchsberg and Cooke.
