Opinion

— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Ferraro, J.), rendered November 22, 1982, convicting him of attempted burglary in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. 11 Judgment affirmed. 11 We find that the police conduct was justified as it was reasonably related in scope to the circumstances. Thompson, J. P., Bracken, Rubin and Boyers, JJ., concur.
