Opinion
Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Hickman, J.), rendered April 20, 1984, convicting her of grand larceny in the second degree, upon her plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the appeal is dismissed.
The defendant has been deported to England. Accordingly, her appeal is dismissed (see, People v Ospina, 143 AD2d 952; People v Adamson, 122 AD2d 147). Mangano, J. P., Bracken, Eiber, Spatt and Sullivan, JJ., concur.
