— On the court’s own motion, its decision and order, both dated July 2, 1969 [32 AD2d 928] are hereby amended to reflect the correct spelling of the defendant-appellant’s name as "Alfredo (Freddie) Raccasi”. Hopkins, J. P., Damiani, Suozzi and Rabin, JJ., concur.
