In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Peterson, case No. 4-16-0002 (03/30/18). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Vara, 2018 IL 121823, on the issue of whether it has jurisdiction to *828address and vacate the clerk-imposed fines in this matter.
