Opinion
In an action to recover damages for the conversion of certain postage stamps of philatelic value, the appeal is from so much of a judgment entered on the verdict of a jury as awarded money damages to respondents, and dismissed on the merits appellant’s counterclaim to recover for stamps alleged to have been sold and delivered to one of the respondents.
