— Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: There is no merit to defendant’s contentions that the evidence was legally insufficient to prove that defendant unlawfully entered the building or that the jury verdict was contrary to the weight of evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490). (Appeal from Judgment of Wayne County Court, Strobridge, J. — Burglary, 3rd Degree.) Present —Denman, P. J., Boomer, Balio, Lawton and Fallon, JJ.
