Two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered on November 28, 1973, affirmed. We have sent for and examined the police transcript record in question. It sustains the testimony of the police in every particular. Shapiro, Acting P. J., Cohalan, Christ, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
