Appeal from an order of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, denying, after a hearing, appellant’s application in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a judgment of said court convicting him of petit larceny. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldoek, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
