Appeal from a judgment of conviction rendered by the County Court, Kings County, sentencing appellant, after he had been found guilty by a jury of robbery in the first degree, petit larceny, and assault in th( second degree, to serve from 30 to 60 years as a third felony offender. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ.
