Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Pappas, No. 4-17-0550 (12/19/17), dismissing the appeal. The appellate court is directed to address all of the issues raised by Vicky Pappas in her appeal. The appellate court is also directed to consolidate the appeal with the appeal in People v. Pappas, No. 4-17-0534.
