Opinion

Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting the appellants of violating section 986 of the Penal Law (book-making), reversed on the law, a new trial ordered, and the fines imposed remitted. The interests of justice require a new trial. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and MaeCrate, JJ., concur.
