Opinion

Appeal from an adjudication of the Erie County Court (Shirley Troutman, J.), rendered June 18, 2007. Defendant was adjudicated a youthful offender upon his plea of guilty to attempted robbery in the third degree.

It is hereby ordered that the adjudication so appealed from is unanimously affirmed (see People v Lococo, 92 NY2d 825, 827 [1998]). Present—Martoche, J.P., Centra, Lunn, Fahey and Pine, JJ.
