Opinion
Judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 17, 1972, affirmed. The plea of guilty vitiated any question as to the sufficiency of the Grand Jury minutes (People v. O’Neal, N. Y. L. J., Jan. 18, 1974, p. 18, col. 5). Hopkins, Acting P. J., Cohalan, Christ, Benjamin and Munder, JJ., concur.
